Our first job was to recruit our digital leaders from Year 5. Then we started planning our assembly to introduce ourselves and also had a focus on screen time which is our theme this term. We then presented our assembly to KS2 on 20th October 2021.
In this half term, we have helped out with KS1 computing lessons and we went into year 1 and year 2 class where we helped them log on to Purple Mash. We taught year 2 how to send messages on 2email.
We then made posters advertising who we are and what we do around school. We hung them up around school for people to see and read. We have also been involved in creating a school display in the corridor.
On the Milnrow Parish school website, we have created a page to introduce ourselves and explain our role.
Finally, we have started to think about ideas for a video which we will film and it will be played in a governor’s meeting next half term.
We have really enjoyed our first challenge and are excited for Challenge 2!
